Bite Rite Cafe! Healthy Option

Well, I don’t care what my picky friends say about this place, but I kinda like Bite Rite Cafe..It is a very quiet place, rarely I see anyone there "which I like", maybe cause it is a healthy restaurant. The place is not FANCY with amazing Decor, but I like it..

What I love about it, is that next to each meal in the Menu there are the number of calories too, so you know your calorie intake limit "if you are watching it". 
The food is not fried or greasy or salty. Basically everything is baked/ healthy as much as possible..
I went there the 1st few times alone and I loved it. I had breakfast, which was very good and healthy, eggs, baked spinach puff, light sour cream!! Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrfect and loved it..

And topped with some spices, I loved it!! And couldn’t believe that it was healthy.. Same goes for the healthy baked Spring Rolls..

The chicken wrap was SOOOOOOOOOOO unbelievably delicious another "LOVED IT” for nearly 300 calories :p

Same goes for the mashed potatoes, it wasn’t creamy cheesy buttery and full of fat, it was little chunky pieces of potatoes, mashed with a fork  and mixed with herbs which gave it a very good flavor “still I had to add little salt”

What else!! Oh yeah, another day I went with a friend, I guess she wasn't lucky, because the food was horrible that day LOL. We had Chicken Beryani and she had the Chicken plate covered with cheese “to be honest I don’t know what was the name of it :p
And both were so damn tasteless, we added salt, black pepper and I even wanted to add some ketchup to have some flavor in there, but all attempts failed :p but still I like the place..


Over all, I still like the place and yes, I will go there again “ALONE”, Thanks to my PICKY grumpy friends. Bite Rite has amazing breakfasts and wraps, I simply love it and the price is very reasonable too..

    Mouth watering, biryani looks delicious tough but may be just in picture. Look at those chicken wraps, ahhhh and I can see a piece of naan as well. I am drooling :D xx

    When I visit my daughter, she sometimes drags me to a place she loves in NYC and I never can find anything to eat there. Now this place, I wouldn't mind eating anything pictured here.

    Nice post, thank you for sharing with us. This restaurant is one of my favorite for healthy food here in Abu Dhabi, they have variety of delicious healthy sandwiches & wraps; my favorite is Mexican chicken wrap so yummy and satisfying, their grilled salmon is to die for! But I have doubts about some of the dishes on their menu which supposed to be healthy and light, but unfortunately it's loaded with cheese and creamy white sauce!

    Please keep up the good work, your blog right now is a guide for all food lovers here in Abu Dhabi

      I guess I will try the Mexican Chicken Wrap next time :D hopefully after Ramadan .. I asked them about the cheese, they said it is fat free cheese :p
      Still I don't care that much about the calories as long as I am enjoying the food :D
